Garlic Butter Lobster-Stuffed BiscuitsIngredients:- 300 g cooked lobster meat, chopped- 2 tbsp butter- 2 cloves garlic, minced- 2 tbsp cream cheese- 3 tbsp mayonnaise- 1 tbsp lemon juice- 1 tsp paprika- 1 tbsp chopped parsley- Salt and pepper to taste- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces) or 2 cups flour- 1 tbsp baking powder- 1/2 tsp salt- 6 tbsp cold butter- 3/4 cup cold milk or buttermilk- 4 tbsp melted butter- 2 cloves garlic, grated- 1 tbsp fresh parsley- Pinch of paprikaDirections:1. Start by preparing the lobster filling. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant. Next, stir in the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat, then remove the pan from heat and let the filling cool slightly.2. For the biscuits, if you’re using canned dough, gently flatten each biscuit with your hands. If you prefer to make your own, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Then, stir in the cold milk or buttermilk until a dough forms. Roll or cut the dough into 8 to 10 biscuit shapes.3. To stuff the biscuits, take one to two tablespoons of the lobster filling and place it in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside, then place the biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.4. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. Brush the tops lightly with garlic butter before baking.5. Once the biscuits are out of the oven, generously brush them with the remaining garlic butter. Finish by sprinkling fresh parsley and a pinch of paprika on top. Serve warm and enjoy this delicious treat!
