Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Rinse and set aside.Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft. Stir in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.Stuff each bell pepper generously with the meat mixture and place them upright in a baking dish.
