Boil the fruit mixtureIn a pot, combine:dried fruitswatersugarbutterBring to a boil and let it simmer for about 5–10 minutes.2. Add baking sodaRemove from heat and stir in the baking soda.(It will foam slightly—that’s normal.)Let it cool for about 10–15 minutes.3.
